I’m glad you made it because I know how hard it can be to start therapy.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve recently had thoughts ranging from “I’m probably not even that bad” to “I’m so far gone there’s no way anyone can help me.” (Hi, that’s anxiety and depression talking.) The truth is: You’re never too far gone and there’s power in having someone in your corner to remind you of that.
That’s where I come in!
I’ve been in the therapy game for as long as I can remember as both a participant and a therapist.
As a therapist, I’ve come to specialize in working with kiddos, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and life transitions. Recently, I’ve also obtained a certification in Grief Counseling, as I’ve come to realize how prevalent grief is in our lives, especially since COVID.
I’ve worked really hard to create a safe, welcoming space for you to explore vulnerability, authenticity, and growth through client centered connection. I’ll help you learn how to trudge through the hard times and fully enjoy the good times when they come along.

I’m a little corgo from Oklahoma. My mom picked me up when I was about 8 weeks old and it’s been so much fun down here because I have a mom, dad, big bubba, big sister, and a baby human. Since I’ve been hanging out with my family, I’ve realized that I really like humans and I really like to sit with them when they are sad. So, Mom put me in school and brought me to work.
I’m here to help you feel a little more at ease because therapy can be scary. And I’m here to help you learn the social skills so outside isn’t scary either. And, most importantly, I’m here to share snacks with you while you talk to my mom. Snacks are life. Snacks and naps. Life is ruff without them.
